1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentKeyz ("Service"), operated by City Center Rentals LLC and McCoy Real Estate LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RentKeyz is a property management platform that enables property managers and landlords to:

• Collect rent and security deposits online
• Screen prospective tenants
• Manage leases and electronic signatures
• Communicate with tenants
• Track maintenance requests
• Generate financial reports

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Payments processed through RentKeyz are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. All payments are processed in US dollars.

Processing Fees: Payment processing fees may apply to transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any payment.

ACH Transfers: Bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days to process.

5. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants using RentKeyz to make payments agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for payments
• Pay rent and fees by the due dates specified in their lease
• Notify the property manager of any payment issues

6. Property Manager Responsibilities

Property managers using RentKeyz agree to:

• Provide accurate property and lease information
• Comply with all applicable landlord-tenant laws
• Handle tenant data in accordance with privacy regulations
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely manner

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RentKeyz to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or discriminate against any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

RentKeyz and City Center Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
